• Once your order has been dispatched from our facility and handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the shipment, including any risk of loss or damage, transfers to you as the customer. Incorrect Address:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details during checkout. MEC Gear is not liable for any shipping errors, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, we recommend contacting our support team immediately to see if adjustments can be made before the order is dispatched. However, once shipped, rerouting or reshipping fees may apply.
