We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. It should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  2. The original packaging and tags must be intact.
  3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, simply click here to initiate the process. Once your return request is approved, we will generate a return label, and a courier service will pick up the package from you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  1. Personalized items (e.g., custom dog tags, name tabs, and paracord bracelets).
  2. Sale items and gift cards (these are non-refundable).

Exchanges:

For the quickest exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while initiating a return for the original product.

 

Refunds:
