Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Customers may return products within 7- 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items remain in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
2. Certain products, including but not limited to customized, perishable, or previously used items, may not be eligible for return. The eligibility for returning such items will be determined based on specific product categories and conditions.

Refund Policy:

1. Once a returned product has been received and inspected to ensure compliance with return conditions, the refund process will be initiated within 2 - 5 business days from the date of inspection.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is initiated due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

1. If a customer wishes to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund, the request will be honored based on product availability.
2. The item being exchanged must meet the same return eligibility criteria, meaning it should be in its original condition with packaging intact and proof of purchase provided.

Cancellations:

1. Customers may cancel their orders within 1 hours of placing them without incurring any additional fees.
2. If a cancellation request is made after this period, it may either result in a cancellation fee or may no longer be possible, depending on the status of order processing or shipment.
